Thank you to Foundation Repair Services! We were so pleased to have work completed that lived up to the advertising and client reviews. We found FRS professional, courteous and trustworthy, and as the advertisement says: They showed Accountability, Flexibility and Scalability. We were impressed by David, the man who gave the estimate, and felt like he really sized up what was needed to help us repair our foundation to prevent any further damage. He was courteous and professional. We were worked into the schedule without having to wait very long, and the repairmen arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards, even carting off some large bushes for us.

Thank you so much for all the time and patience you had with Mac and me in the repair of our foundation and slab. This was not a simple repair job and something we as homeowners knew nothing about. You were very gracious in visiting our home several times, and you were always available to answer any of our questions. I must say we have learned a lot from this process and know we chose the right firm to make the repairs. You and Brandon knew your “stuff” and we could see FRS was a trustworthy firm that would stand behind their work. I would like to thank you and your company for the good work you did to repair and fix my foundation in Maggie Valley, North Carolina.
The repair work fixed my house floors by leveling them and supporting my house. I no longer worry about the house being at the bottom of the mountain and not the top where it is now. The job site was cleaned up beyond my expectations as well as the repair work to my landscaping. All in all, a job well done and we thank you very much.

Foundation Repair Services, Inc. turned our disaster around! Our 21′ x 26′ elevated patio was sinking and buckling in the middle and also causing the brick to separate from the mortar and crack. FRS is a highly professional and, more importantly, trustworthy company. We had interviewed other repair companies and know the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones. But Brandon Cartee was professional, patient and courteous from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned.
His crew of workers (Jonathan Gonzalez, Eduardo Gonzalez and Andres Barrera) was awesome. They kept the work area clean when they left every day and we were amazed by their high level of skills in doing the job. We were really satisfied with their work, can’t say enough about it. Very hard workers. Vic Searfoss did the repair work on the brick and mortar. I was amazed at his attention to detail and beautiful matching of the mortar color and brick repair. We enjoyed working with all of you; we would definitely use FRS again and we would recommend the company without reservation.

I just have to let you know about my experience with your team. When I found out as a single mom that I had to have my foundation repaired it was overwhelming. The day that I met with you, you addressed all of my foundation concerns in a very caring way. There was no doubt about the integrity of your company — a rare quality these days! It was very reassuring to me that you meant exactly what you said. When you said you would be there, you were. When you said that you would be in touch with me and give me feedback, you did. You could not have been more professional with me.
Once the work began, there were no shortcuts. The men worked hard and used their skills to do an incredible job. Even after the job was complete, the cleanup up was unbelievable. You never would have realized that everything had been dug up just a day or two before. Each day the work was done, it was left tidy and clean. I felt that in every instance your company went above and beyond to give your best and to make sure that I was cared for. I felt protected instead of vulnerable. During the last 3 days, your crew of three men installed 7 helical piers and jacked up the outside wall of my garage. Your men were the most coordinated crew I have ever seen on any construction project. Each person knew exactly what to do and when to do it. The foreman was extremely knowledgeable of the required duties and worked very well with his two men and me, the customer. He was most accommodating throughout the project.
The main thing that impressed me was their cleanup of the job site. I was picturing all the little items I would have to do after they left. However, when they left I did not have to do anything.

As a recent customer of yours, we had to have the back part of our shop (garage) repaired (in Lancaster, SC). They foundation of the back of the building had sunk and the concrete floor was broken and had to be repaired.
We were told what would be done to repair the building floor and the cost of the job.
Three of your employees were sent to do the work on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. They arrived and went to work as if they had been there before and already knew what had to be done. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. We would like to commend you and your employees on a job well done. Hope we have no more problems with it.
